I don’t know anything about Futbol (soccer). I don’t know anything about UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). The parentheses are for others like me.
I do, however, know something about hiring a PPS (Personal Protection Specialist).
I also know that there are people who are as ignorant about PPS as I am about UFC and MMA.
If I were ever to start playing s soccer or pursue the UFC, I’m pretty sure I would ask someone who knows about those things before I took to the field or climbed in to the octagon.
That’s the advice I would give footballer Neymar da Silva Santos Junior, aka Neymar, while in Paris signing his new six year, $453 million deal to play for PSG (Paris St-Germain).
Now purported to be the highest paid athlete of all time, a gazillion fans and media are in Paris to witness and celebrate the event. The man needs some protection.
Instead of calling me for advice, his PPS choice was French MMA star, Nordine Taleb (13-4 with six knockouts).
Our industry still has lot of work to do to educate security consumers.
The next installment in this series is what to say to the prospective client who asks, “What’s your rate for Russia?”
