A membership in the PSC is for one individual.
As a condition of PSC membership, you agree:
- That you will not share your Login Username and Password with anyone else, and that you will not allow any other individual, including other PSC members, to Login in to the PSC website using your Username and Password, or allow others to use the PSC Membership registration information to take advantage of any discounts offered exclusively to PSC members.
- That you will not copy, share, or distribute any of the material on this website without the written consent of the PSC. All the content on the Protective Security Council website is copyrighted by the Protective Security Council. All rights are reserved.
- That all the information about other PSC members is to be held strictly confidential and that you will not copy, share, or distribute information about other members without the consent of the other member(s).
- You will not defame the PSC or other members of the PSC in any form or manner.
- That the PSC reserves the right to revoke the membership of any member who violates these terms and conditions of membership. In the event membership is revoked, your membership dues will be refunded on a pro rata basis calculated on the months remaining in your current annual membership period.
- You will abide by all other Terms and Conditions of Membership set forth now and in the future and agree that changes to these terms and conditions of PSC membership are at the sole discretion of the PSC.
Membership in the PSC is for a period of one calendar year from the date of payment of membership dues.
First year membership dues are non-refundable thirty (30) days after payment. You may cancel your membership in the first thirty (30) days after you first year membership dues payment for a full refund. After thirty (30) days, your membership dues are non-refundable. Renewal membership dues are non-refundable.
The PSC reserves the exclusive right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
